Shipping & Handling


All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched:

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days.



After handling, Item(s) should be received within 8-16 business days For orders inside the US and 12-24 business days For orders outside the US with express shipping. This may be a little longer during the holiday season.

For specialty such as: Free Shipping items, Discounted items, and Giveaway items, please allow up to 60 days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2-3 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.


We will notify you with a tracking number by email when your items have been shipped. It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
